I've been a fitness educator and a nutrition coach in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I have helped women from all over the world with different levels of fitness and nutrition experience ranging from high level performance athletes to fitness enthusiasts to achieve their desired RESULTS.

I work with women that are committed to doing the work, in order to perform better in life. We do this through recreating and reshaping their mindset, changing their body image through shifting the stories they tell themselves about their bodies,  changing their body composition through fitness, nutrition and coaching guidance; all through a guided step by step approach. What can you expect from this program?

Not only during the workout session but also keep your body burning like a furnace incinerating fat for up to 24 hours post workout.

* ​1-hour weekly group zoom call to discuss the week and troubleshoot any             challenges, as well as to set the next weeks goals

* Access to a workout library with over 50 workouts that you can follow from the comfort of your own home at your own convenience AND access to the LIVE zoom classes should you wish to join the workouts LIVE

The physical part of the program shouldn't be a problem as where most people tend to fail is with the mental aspect and follow through.
